Scope of Work: Requesting bids to supply the following quantities of replacement butterfly valves for JEA's Northside Generating Station Fire Main. Valves must comply with the attached JEA Piping Material Specification Class 2A for buried fire protection lines. Item 1: 6" UL/FM Butterfly Valve w/ 6' Post Indicator - 3 EA Item 2: 8" UL/FM Butterfly Valve w/ 6' Post Indicator - 2 EA Item 3: 12" UL/FM Butterfly Valve w/ 6' Post Indicator - 3 EA All questions and correspondence concerning the JSEB program shall be addressed to: Rita Scott JSEB Manager, JEA scotrl@jea.com. JEA shall reject any and all Bids from the suspected Bidders and will proceed to debar Bidder from future JEA Awards in accordance with the JEA Procurement Code.
