The Town Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids or to accept that bid deemed most advantageous to the Town. 2022 SEAL COATING BIDS The work shall consist of seal coat surfacing various gravel and/or blacktop town roads. The bidder shall recommend and clearly specify the following information on the bid form: Total price of seal coat per sq. yd. for a full width road and total price per sq. yd. for 8 ft. bar seal. Type and application temperature of liquid asphalt to be used. Proposed gallons of liquid asphalt to be used per sq. yd. Unit price per gallon of liquid asphalt with verification of amount used. Amount of cover aggregate to be used per sq. yd. with verification of actual amount used (Town will furnish cover aggregate) Equipment to be used (list by piece) Employees to be on project (list by job class) Contractor will be responsible for flagging and signage Contract to be completed by August 31, 2022. Please mark "SEAL COATING" on envelope. Include 1 original bid plus 3 copies. 2022 MACHING HIRE BIDS For trucking and machine hire, list equipment, size and hourly rate for equipment and operator. Please mark "MACHINE HIRE" on envelope. Include 1 original bid plus 3 copies. 2022 FUEL BIDS Sealed bids for premium blended fuel ONLY will be received for diesel off road and highway use. Please mark "FUEL BID" on envelope. Include 1 original bid plus 3 copies. 2022 ROAD MATERIAL BID 1. 3/4 in. grade 3 base to meet WI DOT specs. Testing results by a certified inspector demonstrating compliance with WI DOT specs. to be submitted at the town's request. Include Proposed Sampling & Testing Methods with the bid. 2. 2 in. to 3 in. breaker run 3. Riprap, size to meet project specs. 4. Shot rock 5. Screenings 6. Screened sand 7. 3/8 in. chips MATERIALS MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY BY MAY 1, 2022. Provide prices for tons delivered and spread, and tons stockpiled (with location for pickup.) Low Bid based on tons delivered and spread. Vendor may bid all or part of the material list. Material item bids may be awarded separately to separate vendors.
