RTD, a public transit district created pursuant to the San Joaquin Regional Transit District Act (California Public Utilities Code Section 50000 et seq), is the regional transit provider for San Joaquin County, serving the Stockton Metropolitan Area and the County with intercity, interregional, and rural transit services. RTD is requesting proposals from Project Management Firms to provide on-call Project Management Services on a Task Order basis for various construction projects for a period of 5 years. RTD anticipates a number of projects with an estimated project cost range of $20,000.00 to $3,500,000.00 or more. RTD is looking for firms with expertise in project management, depth of resources, and familiarity with local and regulatory issues. The selected Contractor(s) will manage, oversee, administer, and coordinate project(s) with the builder on behalf of RTD. If approved by the Board of Directors, the successful Proposer or proposers will each execute a Contract for a 5-year term plus a 1-year option term to extend the contract at RTD's sole discretion. The Services will be provided on an as-needed basis and pursuant to qualification-based competitive Task Order(s). There is no guarantee of any amount of work that will be ordered or allocated, or the total compensation to be paid to any successful Proposer. RTD will promptly post a response to all clarifications posted by each prospective Proposer. It is each Proposer's responsibility to read through all items posted in the "Clarifications" tab prior to submitting its Proposal to RTD. RTD's written response to questions and/or requests for clarification will be made by written addendum, signed, numbered, and dated by RTD. Proposers will be notified of addenda issued by RTD in the ProcureWare system. Please refer to the Solicitation Schedule of this RFP for deadlines for submitting questions and/or requests for clarification. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
