Sealed bid proposals will be received by the Board of Supervisors, West Earl Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, for the following roadway preparation and resurfacing project located within the Township: West Gate Development: Rosewood Drive, Vanderbilt Drive, Charles Place, Federal Drive, Kingston Road, Kingston Court, Hobson Court, Richardson Court, Newton Court. -32,000 square feet of profile milling curb line 1.5 inch to crown .00 -32,000 square feet of Miraft MPV500 paving fabric -32,000 square yards 1.5 inch 9.5 wearing PG 64S-22 0.0 < 0.3 ESAL.The successful bidder must also be prequalified. A ten percent (10%) bid security deposit is required to be enclosed with each bid proposal in accordance with the Contract documents. The West Earl Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or ail bid proposals for any reason and to waive any informality in any bid proposal.The bid will be awarded to the winning bidder at the Township meeting on March 28th, 2022.
