West Branch COG of Lycoming County, Pa receive for the following: Aggregate Contract: Accepting bids for the following aggregates: 100 Ton of Anti-Skid (Type AS-1); 560 Ton of Anti-Skid (Type AS-2); 675 Ton of Anti-Skid (Type AS-3); 25 Ton of #1 Coarse Aggregate; 00 Ton of #3 Coarse Aggregate; 1,680 Ton of 2A Subbase (Limestone); 2,600 Ton of 2A Aggregate; 250 Ton of 2RC Subbase; 80 Ton of 2RC Subbase(Limestone); 905 Ton #57 Coarse Aggregate; 380 Ton of #10 Screenings; 500 Ton of #8 Coarse Aggregate (Limestone) (Type A); 50 Ton of #8 Coarse Aggregate (Limestone) (Type B); 1075 Ton of #8 Coarse Aggregate (Type B); 300 Ton of R-3 Rock; 700 Ton of R-4 Rock; 250 Ton R-5 Rock; 100 Ton of R-6 Rock; 100 Ton of R-7 Rock; 300 Ton of R-8 Rock; 250 Ton of Gabion Rock (3" to 6"); 100 Ton of Gabion Rock (4" to 8"); and 125 Ton of Cold Mix Patching Material. Proof of worker's compensation insurance will be required from the lowest responsible bidder. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the West Branch Council of Government. The COG reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
