Cruse house. The scope of work includes: permitting; purchas- ing necessary materials; removal of all old wiring and other waste; installation of new wiring and other necessary components (e.g., grounded out- lets); installation of new additional outlets; modifi- cation or replacement of existing fixtures as needed; installation of necessary wiring for anticipated additions (e.g., lift to second floor); inspections; and any other necessary accessories and repairs, while maintaining the historical integrity of the structures and minimizing disruption to Library and Museum operations. Bids must be submitted on company letterhead and include the following: contact information of project manager; statement of qualifications in- cluding experience in rewiring historic buildings with minimal damage to structure; detailed scope of work including description of materials to be used (e.g., type of wire); materials and labor costs; proof of insurance; estimated timeline/duration of the project; warranty information; and two relevant references. Projected costs should be divided between Library and Museum. All work performed shall be in compliance with appropriate OSHA standards, as well as all federal, state, county, and local ordinances and regulations. Contractor must obtain all required licenses, permits, and/or certifications.
