Delivery and setup North Creek Elementary defined by the vendor and Chelsea School District July and August 2022. Chelsea School District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals in whole or in part, and in the interest of uniformity of design and equipment, delivery time or preference, to waive minor irregularities in proposals, and to award to other than the low respondent. Any such waiver shall not modify any remaining RFP requirements or excuse the Vendor from full compliance with the RFP specifications and other contract requirements if the Vendor is awarded the contract. SCOPE The intent of this Request for Proposal and resulting contract is for the purchase of new sound and video systems all in accordance with the provisions, conditions, specifications and instructions set forth in this RFP. The proposal is not and should not be construed as a contract unless and until it is approved by the Chelsea School District Board of Education. The installation of the video and sound system are to be completed after acceptance of the bid, but in no case later than August 26, 2022. Provide new screen, 12K laser projector & cage, (4) full range speakers. Provide (2) wireless mics and wireless HDMI. Provide wired HDMI in the audio cabinet. Re-utilize the audio rack, amplifier and mixer. Warranty on all equipment that will extend through the lesser of a three (3) year period.
