Parkway School District (District) is seeking quotes from qualified vendors for the Annual Emergency & Exit Light Inspections. The contractor shall annually and systematically inspect, examine, and maintain all district emergency lights, exit lights, and combo lights, including battery-back up. Upon inspection, a report shall be provided to the District Maintenance Manager along with any recommendations for repair. The contractor shall work under the direction of the Facilities Manager. The contractor must follow all applicable codes national, local, and provide the district with reports of service and testing. All prices must include travel and delivery, FOB Destination. The contractor shall charge for actual service time only. Reimbursement will not be made for travel time. The exact quantities of devices is subject to change due to equipment breakdowns, device upgrades or changes and may be increased or decreased as the successful proponent performs the scheduled inspection and testing of emergency and exit lights. The contractor shall be responsible for supplying the services and replacement of defective devices that may be requested, or during the term of this bid at the quoted price. Work delayed for any reason must be clearly communicated to the designated District personnel immediately upon knowledge of such delay. Contractor shall e-mail the Maintenance Manager a list of personnel to be on site at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to performing services. Vendor Notified of Award April 1, 2022 Comprehensive or Commercial General Liability (including premises-operations; independent contractors protective, products and completed operations; broad form property damage) a) Bodily injury: $1,000,000 combined single limit b) Property damage: $1,000,000 combined single limit c) Products and completed operations to be maintained for one (1) year after final payment: $1,000,000 combined single limit d) Property damage liability insurance shall provide X, C and U coverage. e) Broad form property damage coverage shall include completed operations. To reject any or all bids without compensation to bidders, and to waive any or all informalities or defects in any bids. . To reject all bids submitted by unqualified bidders.
