The City of Beverly Hills is seeking to enter into an agreement with a contractor to provide facilities operations and mechanical maintenance services at approximately 72 City facilities. The scope includes services for the following systems: heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC); fire and life safety (FLS); mechanical-electrical; and other. Facilities include general City facilities (e.g., Library, City Hall, Police Department, etc.); parks and community centers; parking structures; and pumps, reservoirs, wells, and miscellaneous. The scope also includes four select services at the City's tenant leased properties. Services may be provided by some combination of the contractor staff and its subcontracted staff.
