300 HP Baldor M44304TS-4 motor inspected, rebuilt, and rewired. The Division of Water is posting to have one 300 HP Baldor M44304TS-4 motor inspected, rebuilt, and rewired for re-installation. 1.2 Contractor will be responsible for secure on-site pick-up and delivery upon completion from the City of Columbus Division of Water at 3119 Fisher Rd. Columbus, Ohio 43204 1.3 The intent of this specification is to establish clear expectations and a full scope of work needed to successfully rebuild this 300 HP motor so that it may be re-installed and placed back into service. 1.4 The City of Columbus reserves the right of having one of the Water Division maintenance staff review or witness any of the repair procedures or test. The repair center must inform the City no less than 24 hours before visits are performed. 1.5 Contractor shall be an authorized electric motor repair contractor with more than 5 years of experience in repairing and rebuilding 3 phase motors. 1.6 Motor is to be completed to operational specifications as explained. 1.7 Completed motor repairs need to be completed and motor returned to the City of Columbus Division of Water 60 days after receiving the approved purchase order
