The City of Stilwell is accepting bids for materials and labor for the construction of the following courts. Owner/City will provide a level area on which to construct the courts. BASKETBALL COURT: - Size of slab is 54' x 98'. - Six fixed height basketball goals, fully padded and professional break away rims. - Two custom logos, one center court, other location by owner. - Sport Court Power Game Plus sport surface. All purpose, all weather, outdoor suspended basketball court. 15 year limited warranty! - All game lining as chosen by owner. - Security edging all the way around to help secure and encompass entire perimeter of court. This is anchored into slab. - Also includes a 20' x 64' slab for foyer, patio, seating area with no surfacing. - Digging all holes. PICKLEBALL COURTS: - Size of slab is 64'-2" x 66'-10". - Two sets of Pickleball nets and post. - 8' tall black chain link fencing with two gates. - Windscreen all the way around with air vents. - Sport Court Pickleball sports surface. Specifically designed for the game of Pickleball. - Two sets of Pickleball game lines - No Security edging needed as tile will be encompassed by chain link fencing. - Digging all holes. Bidders are required to submit a Business Relationship Affidavit, Non-Collusion Affidavit and Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, Surety Bid Bond, or an irrevocable letter of credit at the time of bid. Bids received by email or fax will not be accepted. Bids submitted after the closing time will not be accepted. Bids received more than 96 hours excluding Saturdays, Sundays or holidays before the time set for the opening of bids, shall not be accepted and will be returned unopened to the bidder. The Owner/City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waives irregularities. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. The successful bidder will be required to furnish public liability and worker's compensation insurance. Statutory Payment, Performance, Defect and Maintenance Bonds will be required for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Bidders shall not include local or Oklahoma Sales Tax. The owner will appoint the successful bidder its agent for the purpose of receiving sales tax exempt status on the purchase of materials for this contract only Estimate cost: $190,000.00 - $220,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
