Site work for a water / sewer project in State College, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Trade Contractor shall manage the delivery and install of pre-purchased high pressure steam piping system. WT is pre-purchasing the pipe to avoid delays in the schedule. Trade Contractor shall furnish and install all work as shown in the manholes to complete the high pressure steam and compressed air systems. Trade Contractor shall furnish and install all manholes as shown on the contract documents. Trade Contractor shall excavate for all piping and manholes as shown on the contract documents. Some excavations may be in rock and with a depth of 20+ feet (See Soil Report). All excavation is unclassified. Trade Contractor shall coordinate crossing of Atherton St with Penn DOT. This includes but not limited to required lane closers, Penn DOT required permits, and all State College Borough Requirements.
