Kiamichi Tech HVAC Shop Expansion and Updates - This project consists of updating and expanding the HVAC Classroom and Shop areas at the Talihina Campus of Kiamichi Tech. Trades involved include demolition, framing, flooring, gypsum board, doors & frames, painting, ceilings, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and miscellaneous specialties. There is no structural, roofing, nor any site work as a part of this project. Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is non-mandatory for any general contractor wishing to submit a bid on the p r o j e c t . A l l a t - tendees will be subject to temperature check as well. If you are feeling unwell, running a temperature, or experiencing COVID symptoms please do not attend. In addition, in the last 14 days, if you have traveled to an area where there are major COVID out b r e a k s o r h a v e traveled out of the country, please do not attend A cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall accompany the sealed proposal of each bidder, for all bids over $50,000, or as otherwise applicable by State Law. Checks or surety bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of forty-five (45) days after bid opening date. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any informalities.
