Scope of Work The work for the lining of sanitary sewer mains and storm pipes includes, but is not limited to, cleaning and televising of the existing pipes, bypass pumping when and where needed, installation of a cured-in-place liner, and reinstating laterals where needed. The work for the sanitary manhole reconstruction includes, but is not limited to, cleaning of the existing manhole, patching, base preparation, bypass pumping, and coating or lining application. Cementitious coatings will not be considered. Bidders have the option to bid one or both contracts. 8. Detailed specifications and plans developed by the Pennoni Associates, Inc. Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the Questions feature in portal. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day of April 6, 2022. 9.
