Renovation of an educational facility in Sheridan, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Site Directions: Sheridan Junior High School 500 Lewis Street Sheridan, Wyoming Est. Completion Date: July 20, 2023 The work associated with this project includes upgrading the existing chilled water system with new packaged roof mounted air-cooled chiller with new chilled water distribution piping, pumps, controls, and hydronic accessories. These upgrades will be accompanied by implementing new structural steel support systems to serve the new chiller along with replacement of the existing roof membrane system on the portion of the roof where the new chiller will reside. The existing gypsum board ceiling in the 1st floor locker room areas will require removal and replacement, patching, and painting to allow demolition and remodel efforts to take place. Additional scope as defined by the construction documents.
