Site work for a mixed-use development in Beaverlodge, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Tender is for the rehabilitation of 4th Avenue from 11 Street to 8 Street located in Beaverlodge, for the Town of Beaverlodge as per the contract documents. The work is inclusive of milling asphalt surface, concrete structure removals along with waste removals, storm and sanitary manhole repairs, concrete structure installation along with asphaltic concrete pavement installation with line painting and landscaping. The project is comprised of two (2) schedules of work for road rehabilitation. The Work for Schedule A "Phase 1 - 4 Avenue (11 St. to 10 St.)" includes the replacement of concrete curbs and sidewalks as well as road reconstruction. In addition, the Work will include manhole repairs and replacements. The Work for Schedule B "Phase 2 - 4 Avenue (10 St. to 8 St.)" includes the replacement of concrete curbs and sidewalks as well as road reconstruction. In addition, the Work will include manhole repairs and replacements. The work for Town of Beaverlodge Road Rehabilitation is identified in the Schedule of Quantities. Schedule B "Phase 2 - 4 Avenue (10 St. to 8 St.) may be deleted from the program in the instance that the Owner is not able to secure funding for the second phase of the contract.
