The City of Chula Vista is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services for multiple facilities for the City of Chula Vista. The City is requesting the following proposal: Janitorial Services for Multiple Facilities The goal is to begin janitorial services at select City facilities as of June 1, 2022. The contract will commence June 1, 2022, for a period of 13-months, and at the option of the City may be extended year-to-year for up to a total of four (4) additional one-year increments. If all option years are executed this contract will expire June 30, 2027. Other Details City requires Performance and Labor and Material Bonds to be issued by a Surety authorized to transact such business in the State of California, be listed as approved by the United States Department of Treasury Circular 570, and who Underwriting Limitation is sufficient to issue bonds in the amount required by any contract entered into pursuant to this Notice. Approved listing can be obtained through the United States Department of Treasury's website. Any renewal certificates required during the course of the contract must be renewed and received by the City within fifteen (15) days prior to expiration and must meet the same criteria. No substitutions shall be allowed. A copy of the bond must be uploaded with your response a failure to upload will lead to disqualification.
