The Town of Acton, Massachusetts, Office of the Town Manager, will receive proposals for Custodial Services for 42,966 total square feet in five buildings located in the Town of Acton: Department of Public Works, 14 Forest Road (2,967 SF) - Five days per week Recreation Building, 50 Audubon Drive (4,805 SF) - Five days per week West Acton Citizens' Library, 21 Windsor Avenue (894 SF) - One day per week Acton Memorial Library, 486 Main Street (33,000 SF) - One day per week Cemetery Department, 104 Concord Road, (1,300 SF) - Two days per week This contract shall be in effect from 12:01 AM, April 1, 2022 until 12 midnight, June 30, 2024. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids, wholly or in part, and to make awards in a manner deemed in the best interest of the Town.
