The City of Tallahassee Underground Utilities & Public Infrastructure -Traffic Signal Operations seeks the services of a Contractor to provide ongoing traffic signal loop installation and repair services at various locations throughout Leon and Gadsden County's. Services will be requested on an as needed basis. Work include Type "A", Type "B" and Type "F" loop replacement with lead-in to loop pull box, drill loop windows in curb and add pull boxes and conduit as further described. The intent of the solicitation is to establish one or more contracts to obtain timely construction of electrical underground structures (vehicle loop detector installation) throughout Leon County at various locations. The work will be performed on an "if and where" basis. The standards of construction will be as per the latest Florida Department of Transportation roadway and traffic design standards and Florida Department of Transportation standard specifications for road and bridge construction.
