Renovation of a mixed-use development in Brighton, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized disclosure in compliance with MCL 380.127 disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the bidder, or any employee of the bidder, and any member of the Board of Education of the school district or the Superintendent of the school district. The District will not consider a bid proposal that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bid proposals, either in whole or in part. The Board of Education reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to accept bid alternates. The Board of Education also reserves the right to award a contract in any manner deemed by the Board of Education, in the Board of Education's sole discretion, to be in the Board of Education's best interests.
