Renovation of a detention facility in Centralia, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The Board of Trustees, Kaskaskia College, Community College District #501, is seeking bids for the installation of electrical panels and associated electrical circuits for the new HVAC program at Centralia Correctional Center, Centralia. IL 62801. Contractor shall pay not less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics performing work under this contract, and shall comply with the requirements of the Illinois Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). All contractors bonds shall include a provision that will guarantee the faithful performance of such prevailing wage clause as provided by the bid specification. This project shall be subject to a Project Labor Agreement. Kaskaskia College, Community College District #501, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
