The project consists of replacing the existing concrete low-water crossing in Kanis Park Road, west of Rodney Parham Road, with a box culvert or structural bridge. The box culvert headwalls or bridge abutments are planned to be supported on a conventional footing foundation system. The project is located along Kanis Park Road, approximately 350 feet west of its intersection with South Rodney Parham Road in Little Rock, Arkansas.
