Furnishing one (1) factory built, factory delivered, above-ground water booster pump station, with all the necessary internal piping, pumps, motors, valves, electrical gear, controls and other necessary appurtenances installed on a fabricated steel base and enclosed in a modular structure as shown on the plans adjacent to US 41 at 8200 N Kentucky Avenue Evansville, IN 47725 and as specified. The completed above ground booster pump station shall be four (4) pieces, station in two (2) pieces and station roof in two (2) pieces, when delivered by the Manufacturer to the site and require only off loading by crane, installation on the foundation, anchoring, connection for the station suction/discharge piping, drain line hook up, electrical service hook up, installation of telemetry, installation of AMR panel, and field applied brick and roofing by the Contractor to complete the installation on the Contractor provided foundation. Work shall also include all supervision, equipment and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work described in the Specifications. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation, in accordance with the Specifications. The Evansville Water and Sewer Utility further reserves the right to waive informalities, and to award the contract to the lowest and most responsible bidder (or bidders), all to the advantage of the Evansville Water and Sewer Utility, or to reject all Proposals.
