The documents can be obtained at the cost established by the electronic tendering service Tenders must be accompanied by a certified check equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the tender made out to the Owner, the Center de services scolaire de l'Énergie, or a tender bond established at the same amount and valid for a period of 45 days from the date of opening of tenders. This bid guarantee must be exchanged at the signing of the contract for a performance guarantee and a guarantee of obligations for wages, materials and services as mentioned in the tender documents.
