The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is seeking a qualified firm(s) to provide all the necessary services for the repair of aboveground storage tank (AST) systems and ancillary equipment to ensure that these systems are kept in compliance with the applicable requirements of the National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA) and the Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), other federal, state, and local regulatory agencies, and industry standards. Questions Due - No Later Than: 10 days prior to bid opening Non-Mandatory Prebid Virtual Meeting March 15, 2022, at 2 P.M. Contract Award Within 90 days of bid opening. Questions must be submitted before the date identified above in order to receive a response. All inquiries must be submitted in the Q/A section of the project listing in the electronically. Work performed under this solicitation is covered by Delawares PREVAILING WAGE RATES, copy attached. Any questions regarding application of the Prevailing Wage Rates must be addressed with the DE Dept of Labor.
