The work includes construction of the Seven Points Sanitary Sewer network which includes minor clearing and grubbing, trench excavation, placement of HDPE force main and to include assembly and construction of all pertinent sewerline components, connection to the existing sewerline network, flowable fill for abandon sanitary sewer pipes and abandon septic tank, construction of wet well tank and pump vault, pump installation and all pertinent components, some potential pavement replacement, granular backfill placement and compaction, in-situ material backfilling, seeding and mulching, and any other incidental related work including survey of final pipe network and environmental protection. Contractor mobilization shall not be permitted until the Seven Points Day Use area is closed for the season, 06 September 2022. Contractor shall be completed with all construction, clean-up, and demobilized from the day use premises prior to 31 March 2023. The Contractor will have to coordinate with Nashville Electric Service and Nashville Water Service as applicable. If the construction of the project is delayed and passes 31 March 2023, the Contactor shall be required to provide 3 portable toilets and at least one ADA approved portable toilet and close the comfort station until the final connections are made, or the Contractor can elect to pump the existing septic tank until the final connections are made to the proposed septic tank.
