Renovation of a municipal facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Project consists of installation of a natural gas dual conversion kit for a Caterpillar 3516B diesel generator followed by performance analysis of the modification. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
