City invites qualified firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications to provide surveying services for design of road, sanitary sewer, water line and drainage projects. The services required include, but are not limited to, right-of-way surveys, utility location, topographic and boundary surveys, as well as construction staking. The services preferred include GPS, GPR, GIS, LIDAR, and aerial photography. The work will be performed for the Public Works & Engineering Department. The City of Kissimmee reserves the right to accept and/or reject any or all bids/proposals, with or without cause, to waive technicalities or to accept the bid/proposal which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the City of Kissimmee. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
