SOLICITATION AND NOTICE FOR BIDS CONTRACT for MOWING and WEEDEATING SERVICES CITY OF JENKS, OKLAHOMA Separate sealed Bids for CITY OF JENKS, CONTRACT for MOWING and WEEDEATING SERVICES will be received by the City of Jenks, 211 North Elm, P.O. Box 2007, Jenks, Okla-homa 74037, until 1:30pm on March 25, 2022, at which time all Bids will be stamped and noted of the time and date received. An administrative officer of the City of Jenks will commence a bid opening meeting at 1:30pm in the City Council Cham-bers at City Hall where all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Said mowing, weedeating, and maintenance services shall be for specific municipal grounds, parks, detention areas, and rights-of-way within the City of Jenks. All Bid amounts must be made on the required BID sheet. ALL blank spaces for Bid prices must be filled in, in ink or typewritten, and BID sheet must be fully completed and exe-cuted when submitted. The CITY OF JENKS reserves the right to reject any and all quotes, accept any portion or combination of items, to waive any and all informalities, to negotiate contract terms with any of the bidders, and the right to disregard all non--conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. Discrepan-cies between the indicated sum of any column of figures and the correct sum thereof will be resolved in the favor of the correct sum.
