Lake Travis Independent School District is announcing the release of the following Request for Proposal (CSP): Job Order Contract The purpose of this CSP is to establish a pool of vendors for General, Minor Construction projects.No proposals may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days subsequent to the deadline for receipt of Proposal responses without the prior written consent of the Board of Trustees, Lake Travis Independent School District.QUESTIONS/CLARIFICATIONS. All questions regarding clarification or interpretation of the CSP shall be emailed to the Buyer on this CSP, soaresc@ltisdschools.org and must be received by the following date and time: Time: 5:00 PM Central Time Date: Wednesday, March 22, 2022 To download the bid documents, click on the Attachments tab. Proposal responses will only be accepted in hard copy per the requirements set forth within the CSP. Please do not submit your response electronically. Electronic responses will not be accepted. All interested vendors are encouraged to read thoroughly the RFP to ensure that all required documentation is included in their Proposal response. Failure to provide all required documentation may be grounds for rejection of the response.The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and / or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interest of the District.
