Site work for a water / sewer project in Quemado, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Period of Performance: 05/01/2022 to 06/16/2022. Questions Due Date: March 25, 2022 - 4:30 PM Local Mountain Time. FAR Magnitude: Between $10,000.00 and 25,000.00 The project area is located on Bureau of Land Management (BLM) administered lands about 126 miles southwest of Socorro, New Mexico and about 65 miles southwest of Datil, New Mexico in Catron County, New Mexico. Project is located in Section 23 of Township 8 South, Range 14 West and is located in woodland habitat within relatively flat but mountainous rocky terrain. The Bureau of Land Management-Socorro Field Office (BLM-SFO) is planning to construct 1,000 sq-ft metal catchment. Catchment will be constructed of pipe and purlins, with a propanel top. The water catchment is composed of two 20' X 25' structures which slope inward and drain into a 6" galvanized gutter. The contractor shall complete tasks described under section A.4.0 as SPECIFIC TASKS and abide by items described under section A.6.0 and A.7.0. The contractor shall ensure that all equipment, tools, supervision, and other items and services are provided to perform required tasks, except as specified in section C-3 as GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY AND SERVICES. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
