The City of Port Orchard solicits an Invitation to Bid from contractors with an expertise in roadway, sidewalk & stormwater drainage construction. Schedule A: Roadway Resurfacing and Repairs, Lippert Avenue, Pottery Avenue to Sidney Avenue Schedule B: Sidewalk and Associated Stormwater Drainage Improvements, Lippert Avenue, Pottery Avenue to Sidney Avenue The Engineer's construction estimate for this project is $590,000 Roadway resurfacing and repairs, sidewalk & stormwater drainage improvements. Project site is located at: Lippert Avenue, Pottery Avenue to Sidney Avenue Port Orchard, WA 98366 All bid proposals shall be accompanied by a bid security (bid deposit) in the form of a cash deposit, certified or cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond made payable to the City of Port Orchard, for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of such bid, including sales tax. Should the successful bidder fail to enter into such contract and furnish satisfactory payment and performance bonds within the time stated in the Specifications, the bid security (bid deposit/bond) shall be forfeited to the City of Port Orchard.
