Compensation Type: Fixed Rate of Compensation Q&A deadline: 03/10/2022 11:00 AM County(s): HUMBOLDT I-80 Button Point Crew 920 Augmentation Project NHP-080-3(068) is a two (2)-inch coldmill with two (2)-inch plantmix bituminous surface with open grade, 3R Project in Humboldt County east of the Winnemucca Interchange to the Golconda Interchange on I-80. This project is scheduled for up to one hundred twenty (120) working days, including possible winter delays. The Proposer agrees to perform professional and technical engineering services to ensure the construction of Project NHP-080-3(070), I-80 Button Point 3R in Humboldt County is accomplished in conformance with the plans, specifications, and all other contract documents. The Proposer shall provide a principal engineer to act as Project Manager. The Principal Engineer shall be limited to billing no more than eight (8) hours per month, unless prior approval for additional hours is obtained from the DEPARTMENT. The Proposer shall provide one (1) Office Manager, two (2) level IV Inspectors, three (3) level III Inspector, three (3) Testers, and three (3) nuclear gauges, trucks, and cell phones. The Office Person and Level IV Inspectors are considered "Key Personnel". The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide incidental equipment as may be required by the DEPARTMENT.The SERVICE PROVIDER shall provide all personnel assigned to this project the proper safety equipment, including but not limited to, soft caps, hard hats and vests meeting the current DEPARTMENT standards for Work Zone Apparel. Project Scheule : Project is scheduled to begin late Spring of 2022 for up to 120 days. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
