The project consists of abatement of asbestos-containing roof tar, repair and replacement of existing wood roof rafters, replacement of metal standing seam roof, replacement of bell tower floor with EPDM roofing, new roof drains, restoration of existing metal and glass skylight, and related work at Kingston Volunteer Fireman's Museum located at 265 Fair St., Kingston, New York 12401. The bid security provided by the three lowest bidders will be returned after the execution of the Contract or until 45 days after the bid opening, whichever is longer.
