Olmsted County is seeking quotes from qualified refractory service contractors to provide comprehensive refractory repair services located at the Olmsted Waste to Energy Facility (OWEF) over the course of a multi-year contract. The awarded Contractor shall provide the described services in this RFB for the prices quoted for an initial contract term of (1) one-year, beginning on July 1, 2022, with options for (5) five additional (1) one-year extensions if mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the County.
