Olmsted County is seeking quotes from qualified refractory service contractors to provide comprehensive refractory repair services located at the Olmsted Waste to Energy Facility (OWEF) over the course of a multi-year contract. The awarded Contractor shall provide the described services in this RFB for the prices quoted for an initial contract term of (1) one-year, beginning on July 1, 2022, with options for (5) five additional (1) one-year extensions if mutually agreed upon by the Contractor and the County. An escalation rate will be reviewed and negotiated if subsequent years are in the best interest of the County. Question Cutoff Date 3/18/2022 11:00:00 AM (ET)
