Site work and paving for a civil project in La Verkin, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for paving for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.
This project consists of approximately 1,570 lineal feet of roadway and utility reconstruction on 100 South. Project also includes additional irrigation, roadway, and site improvements not on 100S. This project includes the demolition and reconstruction of approximately 1,570 LF of a local collector road extending from State Street to Main Street. Also included is installing a new storm drain line that is approximately 1,365 LF, ranging from 12 to 24 inches in diameter. The work on the new roadway will include installation of a new water line, irrigation line, power conduits, and the upsizing of an existing sewer line. The installation of a new irrigation line extends further than the construction of the road, to 250 W and Valley View Dr, for an approximate length of 3,210 LF. This project takes place in two locations, one along 100 S and the other along 470 W. The first mentioned location includes boring under State Street. 470 W includes approximately 200 LF of new road and will include installation of a new water line (6-inch) and irrigation line (4-inch).
