Plans, specifications and tender forms can be obtained from the electronic tendering system by consulting the website and entering the number 03G-05.03.02-270. Only persons, firms and companies having obtained the tender document directly from the electronic tendering system are admitted to bid. To be valid, each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check or bank draft, made out to Ville de Bécancour, in accordance with the specifications. The City incurs no liability for the fact that the written opinions or documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain an error or omission. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before presenting his tender, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. For any information, you must contact the person in charge of the call for tenders, namely Mr. Mathieu Dessureault, operations superintendent, by e-mail at the following address: travaux.publics@ville.becancour.qc.ca .
