The STQ requires the services of a service provider to carry out maintenance work on the landscaping of its stations in Québec, Lévis and its head office. This call for tenders is divided into three (3) separate lots representing the places of performance of the services, which will be awarded to the lowest bidder for each lot. The tenderer may submit a tender for one (1) or more lots depending on his ability to fully render the services to each of the chosen locations, in accordance with the requirements described herein. At the end of this call for tenders, the STQ wishes to enter into a technical service contract with a service provider for the lot or all of the lots for which it has been deemed the successful bidder. Thus, just as several contracts could be awarded according to the auctions by lot, a single service provider may be awarded all the lots if it is judged to be the successful bidder. The contract(s) will be for a fixed term of three (3) years. Tender documents can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system.
