The documents are available only on the website of the electronic tendering system approved by the Government of Quebec , or by contacting one of its representatives. at the following telephone numbers: 1 866 669-7326 or 1 514 856-6600. The contract number mentioned above must then be indicated. We refer you to the City's website to find out about the sanitary measures applicable during this opening of tenders. The City of Trois-Rivières does not undertake to accept the lowest of the tenders received or any of these. This notice does not confer any rights on anyone and does not create any obligations on the City. Bid Bond 10% is required.
