This invitation to tender covers the following services and goods: The collection, transport and disposal of non-anatomical waste other than sharp, as well as human and animal anatomical waste; The supply including the transport of single-use containers for anatomical waste and reusable containers for non-anatomical waste; Cleaning and disinfection of reusable containers; For the sake of clarity, all of the Goods and services described above in a), b) and c) must be included in the price mentioned in the Price Schedule appended to the tender documents. Term: ONE (1) year contract with TWO (2) Contract renewal options for an additional ONE (1) year each The solicitation and, consequently, the contract are subject to the following agreements: Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO); Quebec and New Brunswick Public Procurement Liberalization Agreement (AQNB); Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA); The CHUM does not require a bid guarantee.
