Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Rexburg, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a 56,000-square-foot educational facility.
P21292 The Project consists of the construction of a new elementary school with a total square footage of approximately 56,000 SF. The building structure includes concrete foundations, wood framing and structural masonry, select structural steel, metal joist and deck, and miscellaneous metals. The building exterior consists of block veneer, siding, soffit and fascia, roofing, aluminum storefront systems, etc. Interiors include VCT flooring, carpet, tile, paint, toilet partitions and accessories, visual display units, and specialty features such as operable partitions, coiling counter doors, acoustical wall panels, athletic equipment, kitchen equipment, etc. Please note: The plans include two project alternates which add a 4-classroom wing and a kindergarten classroom to the building. Please ensure that alternate pricing for this work is included under the "Alternates" section on the bid form for your trade. *Addendum 1, 2, and 3 have been posted.
