St. Mary's General Hospital is interested in establishing a contractual agreement for grounds maintenance and snow removal services for St, Mary's General Hospital properties. A listing of these properties can be found below, and the successful vendor will be responsible to maintain these properties in accordance with the outlined scope of work/service agreement as part of this RFP. In addition to your response to the outlined schedules, SMGH is requesting a written proposal that would identify any potential cost savings opportunities for this contract. This written proposal is to be backed up by evidence from industry standards guidelines for the K-W region. Service Locations: All of the locations listed below are part of St. Mary's General Hospital.
