Reference number : 1579492 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-03-21 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The Municipality of Grenville-sur-la-Rouge is requesting bids for paving work on rural roads: Kilmar Road and Harrington Road. Tenders must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days and be accompanied by a tender guarantee issued by an insurance company for an amount at least equal to ten percent (10%) of the value of the bid, together with a letter of intent to issue a performance bond and a bond for labour, materials and services, each for a value of fifty percent (50%) of the bid value. Tendering contractors are responsible for the choice of subcontractors, both for their solvency and for the content of their tender. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
