2022-05-W KWU 2022 Water Main Relay Package #4 HWY 50 - 60th Ave to 150' East of 57th Ave HWY 50 - U.P. Railroad to 47th Ave 1,210 LF of 16" Water Main; 1,130 LF of 12" Water Main; 140 LF of 8" Water Main all in accordance with specifications on file in the office of Kenosha Water Utility Engineering Services. Should any bid be rejected, such check will be forthwith returned to the bidder, and should any bid be accepted, such check will be returned upon the timely and proper execution and securing of the contract. In case the successful bidder shall fail to execute the contract and performance bond, the amount of the bid bond or check shall be forfeited to the City as liquidated damages. To obtain an electronic delivery of bid documents go to kenosha.org. Under Departments choose Water Utility. On the left menu bar choose Construction Projects & Specifications. A fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) will be charged for any bid documents you download. The form provided for "Bidder's Proof of Responsibility" shall be completed and returned to the General Manager not less than five (5) calendar days before the date of bid opening.
