The Work for which Bids are asked includes the following: All materials and labor to remove existing electrical equipment, wire, conduit, light poles, etc. and install new electrical equipment, wire, conduit, light poles, light fixtures, lighting controls, etc. including trenching, backfilling, compacting, grading, and seeding of the affected site. If the Successful Bidder fails to execute the Contract Documents and provide the required contract security within 15 days after the Notice of Award, the Owner may annul the Notice of Award and the Bid Security will be forfeited. Bids may not be withdrawn within 60 days after the date of the bid opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, and to award the Contract to the Bidder, who in the judgment of the Owner, will best serve the interest of the Owner.
