This Request for Bid (RFB) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Proponents to provide Submissions for the provision of Legal Land Surveys for the Ministry of Highways, Land Acquisition and Management Branch, as further described in the RFB Particulars (Appendix A). GOS requires the supply of legal surveying services from up to nine firms for a two (2) year period (2022-2023 fiscal year) with the option to extend the Standing Offer for three (3) additional one (1) year period(s). Services will include all services to raise title to legal plans in the name of the Crown and act as Land Surveyor for assigned projects. This RFB advertises for three geographical areas of work, Prince Albert, Saskatoon and Regina service areas. The proponent may bid on any or all of the service areas. All firms must have a Saskatchewan Land Surveyor on staff. It is anticipated that each service area will hire up to three firms , one of which must have a Canadian Land Surveyor; however, GOS reserve the right to use its discretion on the number of firms hired. The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this time.
