As of November 9, 2022, all bids received for this project were over budget and rejected. The second floor build-out portion of this project has been cancelled and the covered parking structure is expected to be rebid, however, a rebid date has not been established at this time. Proposals require a five (5%) percent bid bond and may not be withdrawn after the scheduled opening time for a period ofthirty (30) days. The term bid bond shall include bonds or cashier or certified checks payable to the County.
