The district is using this process to solicit information, including proposed pricing information and alternative proposals, from interested parties regarding the proposed project. The district may interview interested parties responding to the proposed project to ask questions and to obtain additional information beyond any written submissions. The district reserves the right to modify the project from the original scope identified in the specifications prior to entering into a contract based on budgetary considerations and other feedback provided by interested parties. The district may use the process to negotiate directly with interested contractors to enter into one or more contracts to perform the proposed work. CONTRACT "A" - CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE & TRACK BRIDGING DIVISION 1.General work for proposed base project consists of installing rock construction entrance w/ track crossing protection pad, per plans / specifications. CONTRACT "B" - STRIPPING & EXPORTING DIVISION 1.General work for proposed base project consists of stripping / removal of topsoil and exporting of any excess subgrade / topsoil material, per plans / specifications. CONTRACT "C" - SITE DIVISION 1.General work for proposed base project consists of site demolition, site earthwork for rough/fine grading, erosion control (maintain rock construction entrance w/ track crossing protection pad), the placing / compacting of turf drainage stone w/ separation fabric, place gravel under concrete curb, waterline, installation of flat panel underdrain pipe, storm sewer, install interior concrete curb w/ treated wood nailer and miscellaneous tasks of furnishing athletic equipment (football goal posts), seeding, fertilizing, mulching of all disturbed green areas per plans / specifications.
