The Engineer's Estimate for the Base Bid is $63,500.00, and this work consists of crack sealing existing streets at various locations within the City of Urbana. Bidders shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary in the cost of their bid to complete the project. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Tyler.Bumbalough@ci.urbana.oh.us. PROJECT SCOPE The project consists of crack sealing existing streets at various locations within the City of Urbana. Some streets will be crack sealed for the first time. Second rounds of crack seal are also proposed for approximately half the streets. In addition, some streets have concrete patches or concrete manhole adjustments present; these shall be retraced with crack seal and sealed if cracked. It is not required, however, to seal the seam between the asphalt and the curb and gutter
